shall blog on the 1st day of itp which is yesterday... reached there 8.30am... then there put the sign directing me to fifth floor... cuz counter no ppl then i pressed the bell... then i say im here for itp then the person bring me to the production office ba...
reached liao saw my supervisor (initially i didn't noe... cuz the person to report is dr prakesh who is an indian lor and he isn't)... then he asked for letter of introduction... then i say im giving it to dr prakesh... after tt he told me he isn't working for the company anymore... -_-"... then he cancel out the name himself and put his name and his designation... haha... after tt he gave me a schedule of what im going to do for the 7 weeks and he say tt needa sign the confidentiality contract and write a report of what i observed and write what can be improved everyday... wah sian! the 1st task he gave me was write about each of the modules i learnt... then he asked me to arrange some files...
then got teabreak... damn sianz... all aunties... i went there to drink coffee... the coffee not tt nice leh... lol... btw a lady (considered auntie but younger then the other aunties lol) in the office showed me the way to the teabreak room... she very gd la... tell me all the things i needed... how to punch card blah blah blah... found out tt her name was swee lay when going home tt time cuz she taking bus from the same bus stop as me... chatted along the way...
went to production department... mr ng showed me the place... dun see him old old de, he speak english fluently... he super-friendly and nice la... asked me which option i from... then say ic very gd... got the widest range blah blah... then he told me a lot of things eg. the past itp students... he oso gave me the answers to the questions just in case the supervisor is going to ask... damn good and helpful... =)
then lunch time, i ate alone... zzz... super lonely... not even mickey mouse is with me... haha...
then went back... now im supposed to stick with ah tong... starting hear his name like kinda old and fierce... but it's not... he oso production de... he showed me the process of making cream (moisturiser)... then i see see see... asked him questions and write some things down... supervisor (mr choo) asked me to observe and write down ma... zzz... after i watched 1 cycle of the process, i walked around, see the time, sit down, look here look there cuz nth to do... i tink he doing 3 batches cuz needa rush orders... i watched until sian... do the same things... oh ya then the stirrer they used is manual de... wah kao... after work, punch card then went home le... tt's all for 1st day...
For 2nd day of work, kan damn sian.... remove the price tag on the returned products for the whole day... ZZZ... used acetone to do tt... then whole day smell acetone... going to die liao... then my supervisor still say it's a skill... "dun u tink tt?"... knn... just re-pack the whole returned products la... this type of money no need save one... then more qi gek is when about to go home tt time... he said do business is liddat, then sth abt rationalise, then said sth about returning the goods and said the skill is useful... bastard... knn... u tink companies will employ ppl to remove price tags? oh ya... friday early released at 4pm... cuz got company dinner... i was invited... dunno whether wanna go anot... all aunties uncles leh... =/ tml gotta remove the remaining price tags and dunno what he will ask me to do next half of the day... =/
